Limit of entries
There is a limit of 6 tickets per person and by credit card at this event.
It is important to respect the ticket limits indicated in the purchase process. If you exceed the ticket limit, your purchase may be cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster.
This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Important information:
- Pista and Front Stage tickets are not numbered and standing
- People with Reduced Mobility will be located in a certain area of the enclosure, and must purchase tickets reserved for Reduced Mobility. Maximum a companion, who must purchase the entrance called “Acompañante Mobility Reduced” and will be located in a town annexed to that of the accompanying person. The area where people are located with Reduced Mobility can undergo changes for evacuation reasons.
*To access the enclosure you must submit, together with the entry, sufficient official documentation that credits your special mobility conditions by which you have acquired the specific location. Persons who do not document their situation may not access the premises with this type of entry, even if they have made their purchase*
- The celebration of the show is subject to the regulations established by the competent authorities and their compliance. The organization reserves the right to modify the capacity and location of the seats of each event, as well as to deny access or remove from the premises to those customers who do not respect the rules and indications of the organization, based on the regulations of safety, hygiene and health in force at any time. All updates and changes will be emailed to buyers.
- Children under the age of 16 may access the concert provided that they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or in the absence of a responsible adult, provided that they present the following authorization completed by their father, mother or legal guardian, together with a photocopy of their identity document (DNI).
- Children under the age of 16 and 17 may access the event without having to be accompanied by an adult. Documentation may be required to prove the age of attendees in access to the premises (only the original ID will be valid) and they must submit the following authorization completed by their father, mother or legal guardian, together with a photocopy of their identity document (DNI).

- The attendees are informed that during the event, photos and videos of the show will be made, and the audience may appear on occasion in a general plane or in an accessory way. These images and/or videos can be published in our RRSS and relevant media to publish the event.
