Our headlines are the Most Holy Christ of the Sea and the Most Holy Mary of the Angustias.

The image of the Holy Christ of the Sea dates back to the year 2005, the year that was blessed and in which he first produced.

His author is the well-known Sevillian imager Ventura Gómez Rodríguez. Since then, he has been producing the second Saturdays of the month of August every year, along the streets of El Puerto.

The throne where the Christ of the Sea causes is a Malaguian type, is ported by men and women, who dress in a sailor's suit. Over time has been improving, introducing new elements to enrich it.

It consists of 8 rods, four lampstands.

The image of Mary Most Holy of the Angustias dates back to 2009, which was blessed. His sculptor is also the well-known Sevillian imager Ventura Gómez Rodríguez. The image doesn't cause.

Both images have a lot of devotion and are exposed to worship in the parish of Santa Ana and San Joaquín de El Puerto de Roquetas de Mar.

Both the images and the passage come from the extinct Brotherhood of Our Lady of Carmen and Santa Ana.

The idea of ordering the image of the Holy Christ of the Sea was to attract young people to the church, in order to bring them closer to our parish and in turn create illusion.

The washing of the sores of the feet, which is carried out every year after the lighthouse of El Puerto, is notable in its processional output.

In the year 2019 and for the first time a sister of this brotherhood has been granted the honor of said washing Doña Isabel María Pérez Martin, along with Don Gabriel Amat Ayllón, Mayor of Roquetas de Mar, Don Javier Yepes Miñarro, Consiliario de nuestra Hermandad and a coastal man chosen in a lot of draw between them all.
