In "De Autor", the gourmet shop of Roquetas del Mar, offers typical and artisanal products of Almería, such as beers, wines, gins, vermús and vodkas produced in a completely artisanal way, without additives, colorants or preservatives. Our specialty is the beers, made in Mojácar with water, hop and selected malts, offering a wide variety of 100% handmade beers, such as the American pal ale and the Belgium pal ale, with unique and unpreserved flavors.

In addition to the beers, we are also manufacturers of gins (Dry Gin and Spirit Gin), we have a range of vermús composed of two reds and one white, made with macabeo grapes from Alpujarra almeriense, and a vodka of own elaboration assembled in brown sugar.

In our shop you can also find a variety of high quality wines, with more than 600 references and 32 denominations of Spanish origin such as Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Condado de Huelva, Rías Baixas, Wines of Valencia, Jumilla, Valdepeñas, Montilla Moriles or El Bierzo, among others. We offer the possibility of booking exclusive tastings to taste these wines.

In our shop we also offer other typical products of the land of Almeria, such as chocolates, cheeses, liquors, confections, jams, vegan food, such as the artichoke cream or the salt flower of Cabo de Gata, considered one of the 50 best salts in the world. We also offer extra virgin olive oils of the best quality, working with six olive groves such as Taverns Castle and Desert Gold.
