Residencia de Mayores Mirasierra

For both valid and dependent people, the Mirasierra de Aguadulce Residence has 116 places. The centre is located between the streets of Scotland, Camino de Torres and Dublin, 200 metres from the sea and next to the Juan de Austria camp. The City Council has granted the solar for 50 years with an investment of 4.8 million euros.

The centre will generate 60 direct and 50 indirect jobs. It currently consists of 30 professionals who form a multidisciplinary team: psychologist, social workers, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, D.U.E, receptionists, administrative, cleaners, nursing staff, laundry and cooks. It is a building built in the form of “U” around an outdoor central courtyard equipped with banks, gardens and leisure areas. It is divided into three floors. In the first and second are the rooms, both single and double, and have all the amenities. On the ground floor are all services: kitchen, dining rooms, geriatric bathrooms, nursing, hairdressing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy rooms, living rooms for residents and family members.

The construction and management award, Geriatric Residence Mirasierra S.L., is a family business with 20 years of experience in the sector.
